The Crime Scene

How could one man fire 28 bullets from all these guns, wipe them all of fingerprints, shoot himself in the stomach, and still let two people he intended to kill get away with one of the guns that killed some of the victims? Defies logic unless you're the state attorney of Orange County, Florida.
