These photos tell a story of a murder that the prosecution got wrong, but refuses to admit it.

This man, Charlie Mays, had gun shot residue on his hands indicating he had fired a weapon. He was alleged to be the shooter in another unsolved Winter Garden Murder of a store owner. He was shot twice in the abdomen and then beaten to death with the linoleum crank left on his arm. His pants were soaked with the blood of Perry Edwards.

Herbert MacDonell claimed the blood on Zeigler's shirt was from Tommy's father-in-law, Perry Edwards. DNA proved Ziegler was right when he said it had come from Charlie Mays during their life or death fight. MacDonell now claims that the blood of Perry Edwards must have been transferred from Zeigler - who had no Perry Edwards blood on him!!

Tommy's wife, Eunice, was shot behind the ear. Her body was posed with her hand in the pocket to make it look like she had been surprised. More than likely she was hiding in the closet.

According to the FBI expert, this bloody shoe print could not have been made by Zeigler. MacDonell said he couldn't rule out the possibility that the print was made by Zeigler. If it wasn't made by Zeigler, he is innocent.
